300g frozen frog's legs
3 slices ginger
1/4 onion - sliced
1 stalk green onion - cut into 2" length
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 tbsp water
cornstarch solution
Marinade
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1/2 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Method
- Marinate the frog's legs for 30 mins or more. Set aside.
- Heat up oil in a wok, saute the onion, ginger, green onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add frog's legs to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute. Add sauce and do a quick stir fry to mix well.
- Add water to the wok and continue to stir fry for another few minutes or until the meat is cooked.
- Stir in some cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce and serve warm.
