4 pcs of blue marlin fillet
1 red bell pepper - sliced
1/2 white onion - sliced
sprinkle of garlic salt
pepper to taste
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
- Marinate the fillet with garlic salt and pepper for 1 hour or more. Set aside.
- Brush oil on a cast-iron grill pan. Grill the fillet on high for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked. At the same time, place the onion and bell pepper on the pan and grill for about 2 minutes or until the onion is fragrant and bell pepper slightly cooked.
- Layer the onion and bell pepper on a serving plate. Once the fillets are cooked, transfer them to the plate.
- Drizzle oyster sauce over the fish and serve warm.
