Ingredients
2 servings of fresh kway teow/flat rice noodle
char siew - cut into strips
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 stalk green onion - cut into1 inch length
handful of beansprouts
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp char siew sauce
dash of pepper
1 tbsp sambal
Method
- Heat up oil in a wok. Add sliced char siew and stir fry for one minute. Remove from wok and set aside.
- Add chopped garlic and fry for a while. Add rice noodles to the wok. Stir fry for a while. Add seasonings and do a quick stir fry.
- Add char siew. Add green onion and beansprouts and fry to combine well, for about a minute over high heat.
- Dish out on serving plates and enjoy the tasty fried kway teow!
