Ingredients
1 pig's stomach - cleaned
3 cloves garlic - chopped
some shredded ginger
1 tomato - cut into wedges
1 stalk green onion - cut into 2 inches length
cooking oil
Method
- Boil pig's stomach for about one hour with low heat until tender.
- Cut pig's stomach into thin slices.
- Heat up oil in wok. Fry ginger slices and garlic for a while.
- Add sliced tomatoes and fry for another minute.
- Add sliced pig's stomach and drizzle sauce.
- Stir fry over high heat. Add sliced green onion.
- Drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper and fry to mix well.
- Serve warm with rice.
