Pan Fried Chilean Sea Bass with Soy Sauce




Presenting Chilean Sea Bass Series by Chef M. 3 different flavors and all of them tasted so darn delicious!

Ingredients
1 lb chilean sea bass - chopped into large pieces
2 stalks green onion - cut into 2 inches length - separate white and green portions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
some julienned ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
cooking oil

 Method
  1. Heat up vegetable oil in pan.  Fry sea bass pieces till lightly brown.  Set aside.
  2. With the remaining oil, fry ginger and garlic till aromatic.   
  3. Add white portion of green onions and fry for a while.
  4. Add fried fish pieces.  Drizzle soy sauce and toss to mix well.
  5. Turn off heat. Drizzle sesame oil and green portions of green onions and toss to mix well.
  6. Serve warm with rice.
