Ingredients
1 cup whole milk yogurt
1 cup milk
3 mangoes - peeled, remove seed and cut into small pieces
3 green cardamoms - cracked and pound into powder
honey to taste
- Place the milk and chopped mangoes in a blender.
- Blend for a while.
- Add yogurt and honey and blend to mix well.
- Pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle with cardamom powder and served chilled.
