Toasted Pecan Nuts

Ingredients
1 cup raw pecan nuts
3/4 tbsp salted butter (to be melted)

Method
  1. Mix 1 cup of nuts with 3/4 tbsp of melted butter.
  2. Place coated nuts in a single layer and toast for 9 minutes.
  3. Adjust heat to 290 degree F and toast for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool before storing into airtight containers.
