Ingredients
200g chicken breast meat - sliced8 cremini mushrooms - sliced
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1/4 onion - sliced
1 stalk green onion - cut to 4 cm length
cornstarch solution
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings for chicken
1 tsp huatiao wine
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
pinch of pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
huatiao wine
oyster sauce
Method
- Marinate the chicken meat for 15 mins or more. Set aside.
- Heat up pan on medium heat. Saute the mushroom for a few minutes until lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from wok and set aside.
- Add oil to the pan. Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken slices and stir fry under high heat for a few minutes. Add mushrooms to the pan and stir fry to mix well.
- Add green onions and sauce and stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch solution and mix well. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste before transferring to a serving plate. Serve warm.
