200 g minced pork meat
2 large potatoes - peeled and sliced
1 clove garlic - minced
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 cup water

Method
- Heat up oil in a pan. Stir fry garlic until fragrant.
- Add minced meat and soy sauce and continue to stir fry for a while.
- Add potatoes and enough water till it covers the potatoes.
- Cover pan with lid and bring to a boil. Switch to low heat and let it simmer for 15 mins or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add a dash of sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with some parsley and serve warm.
