2 servings of fresh udon noodles
some chicken slices - season with some salt, pepper, sesame oil and cornstarch
some sliced cabbage
some thinly sliced carrot
1/2 small yellow onon - peeled and sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp cookiing oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp black vinegar
Seasonings
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
Method
- Heat up oil in pan. Fry onion till aromatic. Add onion and garlic and fry till aromatic.
- Add chicken slices, cabbage and carrot and fry for a while.
- Add udon noodles.
- Drizzle seasonings and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes. Add some water if mixture is too dry.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle black vinegar. Fry to combine well.
- Serve warm.
