2 servings of fresh udon
handful of roasted portobella mushrooms
1/2 small yellow onon - sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp cookiing oil
salt and pepper to taste
Seasonings
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Method
- Heat up oil in pan. Fry onion till aromatic. Add garlic and fry till aromatic.
- Add udon noodles and roasted mushrooms.
- Drizzle seasonings and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
