Ingredients
1 cup penne rigate
some leftover bacon bits
sprinkle of dried parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Boil penne according to package instructions.
- Drain and transfer to a bowl. Add salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil. Mix well.
- In a pan, heat up bacon bits till aromatic.
- Pour bacon into bowl of penne. Sprinkle some dried italian parsley flakes and chili flakes.
- Combine all ingredients and serve warm.
