Ingredients
a handful of dried chinese ramen
1 small red bell pepper - cut into strips
4 fresh shitake mushrooms - cut into strips
1 small white onion - sliced
1 tbsp minced ginger
dash of pepper
dash of sesame oil
vegetable oil
Seasonings
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook noodles till al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil in pan. Saute mushrooms till aromatic. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add onion and saute till slightly translucent. Add ginger and saute till lightly browned.
- Add bell pepper, mushroom and cooked noodles. Drizzle seasonings and do a quick stir fry.
- Add dash of pepper and sesame oil. Fry to mix well.
- Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm. .
