dried beancurd sticks
pork ribs
soybean - soak for few hours
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices ginger
2 clove garlic
Method
- Boil dried beancurd in water till soft. Drain and set aside.
- Blanch pork ribs in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add beancurd, pork ribs, soybean, ginger and garlic in the pot.
- Once boiling, switch to medium heat and cook for 1 hour.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with rice.
