4 pieces of frozen yellow croaker (already salted)
dash of white pepper powder
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Defrost fish. Wash and clean the fish, removing gut etc. Pat dry.
- Season with pepper powder and flour for 1 hour.
- Heat up oil in pan. Fry fish on both sides till golden brown.
- Serve warm with rice.
