Ingredients
2 pieces seabass steak
one tomato - sliced
1 pc ginger - julienned
1 tbsp rice wine
handful salted vegetable
Toppings
fried shallot
shredded green onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
- Place all ingredients, except fried shallot onto a metal plate.
- Cover and steam fish for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Top with green onions and fried shallots and serve immediately.
