1 lb pork ribs
400g pumpkin - peeled an cut into large cubes
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup water.

Sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Heat up oil in a pan. Fry garlic and ginger till aromatic.
- Add pork ribs and fry for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Drizzle sauce and do a quick stir fry.
- Add enough water to cover pork ribs and bring to a boil. Switch to low heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or till pork is tender.
- Add pumpkin and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
- Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle chilli flakes. Mix well.
- Ladle into serving bowl and serve warm.
