Grilled Salmon with Basil


Ingredients
1 piece 8oz salmon fillet
dash of paprika
sprinkle of sea salt
dash of pepper
handful of fresh sweet basil - chopped
1 tsp vegetable oil

Method
  1. Marinate salmon with paprika, sea salt, pepper, oil and sweet basil for 15 minutes or more.
  2. Preheat barbecue grill to 450 degrees F.
  3. Place salmon skin side up on grill and cook for 3 minutes.  Flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with some lemon wedges.
