1 piece 8oz salmon fillet
dash of paprika
sprinkle of sea salt
dash of pepper
handful of fresh sweet basil - chopped
1 tsp vegetable oil
Method
- Marinate salmon with paprika, sea salt, pepper, oil and sweet basil for 15 minutes or more.
- Preheat barbecue grill to 450 degrees F.
- Place salmon skin side up on grill and cook for 3 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with some lemon wedges.
