Ingredients 2 small potato - peeled and cut into cubes and steamed till cooked 1/2 lb minced meat bunch of sweet basil leaves - sliced to small pieces 1 chilli padi - deseeded and cut into pieces 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp chilli sauce salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp cooking oil
Method
Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
Add minced meat and stir fry over high heat.
Add cooked potato cubes into the pan.
Add sweet basil leaves, chilli padi, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce.
