Ingredients
1 lb manila clams - wash and discard any opened clams and those with broken shells
1 knob ginger - julienned
2 tbsp white wine
Method
- Bring water to boil in a steamer.
- Place clams in a large plate. Add ginger and white wine.
- Steam for 5 to 10 minutes over boiling water or until all clams are opened and cooked.
