Honeysuckle Flower Tea (金银花)

Ingredients
handful of dried jin ying hua
few pcs of gan cao
2 cups of water
rock sugar to taste

Method

1. Boil all the ingredients together for about 20 minutes.
2. Filter and serve the drink warm.

Potato Pancake

very large green onions from H-Mart

freshly picked from his farm....given by a generous craigslist seller when we bought an outdoor table from him. He invited us to pick those ripe, juicy italian plums too :)

1 stalk green onion - chopped
3/4 to 1 cup all purpose flour
